For a limited time only, Baristart’s famed cream puffs will be filled with three specially selected Messina gelato flavours, turning the café’s signature choux pastry into a frozen, melt-in-your-mouth treat.

The collaboration also debuts a Baristart-exclusive affogato, featuring our rich Macadamia Crunch gelato drenched in Baristart’s house-blend espresso for the ultimate marriage of coffee and cream.

Experience three limited edition menu items at Messina:

Boysenberry Puff– A tangy-sweet dream of creamy yoghurt-based gelato meets luscious swirls of poached boysenberry coulis, delivering fruity bursts in every bite.

Pistachio Praline Puff – A nutty and decadent handful of fior di latte gelato layered with pistachio fudge, shards of white chocolate and crunchy pistachio pieces.

Cookies & Cream Puff – Rich cocoa gelato packed with cookie chunks, encased in Baristart’s airy choux pastry is guaranteed to take you back to childhood.

Launching 23 October to 6 November, available daily until sold out.

And available exclusively at all Baristart Coffee Singapore locations, the Macadamia Crunch Affogato combines a scoop of macadamia gelato folded with caramelised white chocolate and nutty crunch with a hit of espresso.
