You will enjoy our signature Fior di Latte base flavour for churning, learn about the pasteurising process and then have the chance to tailor your very own freshly-made gelato flavour - Fior di Latte with a selection of house-made additions.

Enjoy the afternoon with a grand tour of our home and see what goes on behind the scenes, meet the team and learn what makes our farm-to-scoop gelato so special.

Morning: Saturdays 11am - 12:30pm
Afternoon: Saturdays 4pm - 5.30pm
(from two to six guests)

Private Classes: Mondays and Tuesdays 6.30pm - 8pm
(from six to eight guests)
