HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US!
One year ago, we opened our doors in Singapore with a simple belief: if it is not made from scratch, it is not the real deal. Twelve months later, we are still churning new flavours every week, making every brownie, sauce and inclusion by hand, and finding new ways to keep things interesting. To celebrate turning one, we are bringing back favourites, rolling out new creations and throwing a party while we are at it.

Birthday Cake

Made with three of our most playful signatures, our Birthday Cake is layered with three top-favourite flavours.
The top tier features You Make Me Unicorny — milk gelato layered with hundreds and thousands vanilla poundcake. Beneath it sits Mr Messina, made with cheesecake gelato, baked cheesecake and pretzel crust, followed by Robert Brownie JR., a combination of milk chocolate gelato, chocolate brownie and chocolate fudge.

Some flavours stayed longer than others. Some disappeared too quickly. For two weeks, we are bringing back ten of our most-loved creations, releasing one flavour at a time, from cult favourites to flavours that developed a following of their own.

Extra Scoop On Us

Singapore is hot. We get it. So from 4pm, we're throwing an extra scoop on us to help cool things down a little. And also, one scoop feels irresponsible in this weather.

We partner with Lemuel Chocolate, the Singapore bean-to-bar chocolate maker known for its small-batch approach and focus on sourcing cacao with distinct flavour profiles and character.
Created specially for the celebrations, LeBrownie Points layers African chocolate gelato with brownies and whipped salted coconut cream — rich, nostalgic and built for anyone who believes there is no such thing as too much chocolate.
